In addition to endeavoring to keep the personal information provided to it by customers accurate and up to date, the Hotel shall endeavor to ensure and improve security in order to securely manage that information.

Inquiries, etc. of personal information

The Hotel shall appropriately respond to inquiries, etc. regarding personal information by customers themselves, should its point of contact in charge be contacted. However, should there be a risk of harm to the lives, health, property, etc. of the customer in question or a third party, should a significant impediment to the implementation of business arise or should another violation of laws or ordinances result, the Hotel may refuse all or part of the customer's request.

Application and modification of Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy provides an explanation of the handling of the personal information of customers at the Hotel. Customers who use the services/products of the Hotel shall be considered to have fully understood and agreed to the contents of the Privacy Policy.
